We are working with a Global Financial Services organisation based in Manchester City Centre who is looking for a Recruitment Resourcer to join the team on an initial 6 month FTC. If you have 6 months or more experience preferably in a Professional Services market and are on the hunt for a company culture that matches your energy and enthusiasm we have the opportunity for you!
The key responsibilities of the role are as follows:
Sourcing candidates for permanent and contract positions across all disciplines
Taking briefs from hiring managers
Building up a pipeline of candidates for future roles
Using a variety of tools including LinkedIn
The key skills required for this role are:
6 months recruitment experience
Banking/Financial Services experience preferred
Driven, motivated and keen to learn
