12 Month FTC- Interim HR Manager

A well respected Lloyd’s Insurance Syndicate is looking for an experienced HR Manager to cover a period of Maternity Leave. This role also has a heavy biased Comps and Bens.

As the successful candidate you will be responsible for the day to day delivery and management of a customer focused HR function.
Reporting into the Head of HR, you will be tasked with:

• Overseeing the sign off of Payroll to include the generation of P11D’s and other tax documents
• Leading the HR perspective of the implementation project of Oracle – therefore Oracle experience is a must.
• Managing two HR Advisors delivering the partnering side of HR
• Proactively supporting the delivery of HR processes and implements changes.
• Building strong business relationships whilst assisting two HR Advisors provide HR solutions
• Coaching, supporting, mentoring and challenging managers in the application of HR policies and practices

Although this is very much a ‘Business as usual’ role to ensure the continual smooth running of the operational HR function there are also some projects in systems change (Oracle) and leading on the Comps and Bens processes during the maternity period.
