We are currently assisting a well known and respected Lloyds Broker recruit an experienced Senior FP&A Manager for their busy Financial Planning and Analysis function.

Joining a fantastic and efficient project accounting team you and your team will be tasked with all of the Financial Planning and Reporting for multiple Business Units/Departments
Your day to day duties/responsibilities will include:
Day to day management of a fantastic Project Accounting team
Fully owning the P&L reporting and analysis
Regular production of SLAs/KPIs, value add analysis and identification of potential cost efficiencies
Acting as FP&A Partner to all Business Unit/Departments, constantly liaising with Business Unit leaders and Business Unit Heads.
Managing all financial reporting, to include monthly, quarterly, annual reports including commentary.
Owning the responsibility for the budgeting and forecasting processes.
Working with business leaders and the Ex Co to evaluate new business opportunities, M&A or investment deals.
