My clients largest and most successful department are looking for an experienced all round Accounts Assistant for their specialist Aviation team. This role would be joining a small team that specialises in managing a large portfolio of client funds as well as being integral to processing large amounts of invoices.

Reporting into the Finance and Administration Manager you will be tasked with;
Account reconciliation on multiple client accounts, including international accounts (500+)
Settling large aviation invoices
Working heavily with Bordereau (BDX) and Excel to allocate/ process premiums and claims
Reporting on client allocation and credit control
Proven track record in AP/Accounts ideally within Insurance/Financial Services or Legal
Strong Bordereaux and Excel experience
Experience of SUN would be beneficial
This would suit an experienced Accounts Payable individual who wanted to broaden their experience within the London Insurance Market with exposure to a more encompassing role. This would suit an individual who would want to assist with the supervision of a team.
