Our client, a top tier Asset Manager, is currently looking a Fund Accounting Oversight Manager to join their team in Luxembourg. The successful candidate will be expected to provide oversight over 3rd party providers and manage the relationship between the providers and the internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure SLA and contractual deliverables are achieved.
• Monitor KPI’s and take action when triggers are crossed.
• Complete periodic onsite process reviews, identifying risks and opportunities for continuous improvements.
• Monitor supplier reports and MI deliverables.
• Liaise with firm control functions (Compliance, Risk, Audit and Legal).
• Develop relationship with firm functions such as Front Office, Distribution and Retail Oversight.
• Provide support to Change process in role of SME or Change manager.
• Acting as an escalation point for Oversight Analysis in resolving BAU queries.
• Produce reporting required by management for use internally or externally (meetings, committees and Company Boards).

Key Capabilities:
Essential:
• Good knowledge of Fund Accounting operations (SICAV’S and multiple asset types).
• Attention to detail. Deliver excellence in a deadline driven environment.
• Excellent communicator.
• Analytical approach to problem solving and ability to identify risk areas.
• Quick learner, ability to pick up new processes and instruments.

Desirable:
• Investor tax, security pricing and NAV pricing experience.
• Prior experience of working in an outsourced environment as part of a client or supplier organisation.
• Basic knowledge of Investment Management.
