Our client, is looking for a Reconciliation Analyst to join their growing team in their Luxembourg office. Your main responsibility will be to lead and support commission reconciliation efforts for the company ensuring, regulatory compliance, risk analysis and risk mitigation.
Maintain a current knowledge of all federal or state specific regulations and sub-regulatory guidance as it relates to Federally Facilitated or State Based individual insurance exchanges and reconciliation programs.
Partner with internal and external matrix partners to create and implement end to end data analysis, reconciliation, and discrepancy resolution processes for enrollment and financial data.
Support daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliation efforts across multiple internal and external matric partners and systems including researching and resolving transactional errors.
Subject matter expert for end to end data reconciliation.
Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and in conjunction with co-workers of all levels.
Ability to assess issues as well as create and implement contingency plans and permanent solutions.
Experience with relational databases, such as AMS and CMS transactions.
Basic understanding managerial and financial accounting preferred.
