Leading International Investment Bank seeking a HR Risk & Governance Senior Manager to join their London office.
Key responsibilities
• Coordinate quarterly/annual reporting (including metrics) ensuring emerging trends and issues are appropriately identified
• Act as Secretary for the UK Whistleblowing committee meeting
• Organizing and preparing documents for the HR and Board Committees
• Program manage ER risk conduct and culture initiatives and reporting
• Recording and tracking of disciplinaries, trends and issues
• Communicate and collaborate across HR to embed a Risk Conduct Culture, and 2nd line of defence mindset in HR initiatives
• Coordinate and/or collate HR related regulatory responses

Skills/ experience required
• Strong report writing skills
• Outstanding attention to detail
• Risk, Compliance or Company Secretarial background
• Strong and proven verbal & written communication skills
• Proven employee resolution skills
• Solid experience within Financial or Professional Services
• Educated to degree level
• Legal education/experience
• An understanding of Whistleblowing Rules and Regulations
