We are currently working on a newly created role with a leading banking group based in the City. The role sits in HR, but is looking for someone who has a strong legal / risk / compliance background. The purpose of the role is to support the Head of HR with all employee relation matters, and to help build a Whistleblowing framework for the bank. The responsibilities of the role include:

• Coordinate quarterly/annual reporting
• Act as Secretary for UK Whistleblowing committee
• Prepare and coordinate documents for the HR and Board Committees
• Help to enhance the risk conduct and culture within the bank
• Recording and tracking of employee escalations

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of building risk frameworks, ideally from an HR perspective, and will ideally have developed this experience within a tier-one Financial Services organisation.
