I am recruiting for an IT Application Support Analyst for one of my clients based in Northwich. The role will involve working closely with several departments across the business to understand and resolve production issues and defects related to both internal and third party systems.
Key Responsibilities:
• Responsible for creating and generating regular reports/dashboards for MI reporting
• Running/monitoring daily reconciliation files and processes if and when required
• Problem resolution and conduct root cause analyses and establish processes that will help incident prevention
• Lead Incident and Problem Management processes accountable for root cause analysis, resolution and reporting
• Categorize, prioritize and resolve software application issues dealing with all levels of the company technology organisation
Qualifications, Skills and Attributes:
• Experience with analysing data flows and to solve complex business and technology problems to identity the root cause of issues
• Experience in working with integrated service management toolsets
• Self-motivated, accountable and adaptable to changes internally or in the market place
• Excellent problem solving skills and excellent communication skills
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment
• Previous experience working with IRESS applications specifically PULSE, Symphony, Fusion (Desirable)
• Exposure to any reporting package such as Crystal reports, Business Objects (Desirable)
