I am currently recruiting for a Project Administrator for a 6 month contract for one of my clients in Northwich. My client is looking for someone who is going to be critical to ensuring the delivery of Project Transformation under the guidance of their line manager. The desired candidate should have experience in working on large scale change projects in previous roles.
Job Responsibilities:
• Attend project workshops, meetings and system demos
• Work with stakeholders and line manager to set out processes
• Document processes and workflows
• Maintain project tracking for the relevant work stream
• Identify requirements of the project to ensure a successful migration
• Prepare scenario test cases including expected outcomes
• Carry out relevant tests and interrogating the system functionality
• Record test results, identify and analyse anomalies and track/raise issues as they arise
• Maintain testing documentation and complete UAT
Skills and Experience Required:
• Ability to work well within teams and independently to manage workload and prioritise accordingly
• Flexible and adaptable in the face of changing priorities and circumstances
• Previous UAT experience
• Previous experience of process documenting
• Prior exposure to on-boarding new systems /processes
• Experience in working within a changing environment
