BRUIN Financial is proud to be working with a global financial services client who is currently recruiting for an International Data Analyst. The role will be based in Manchester city centre and our client is looking for an International Data Analyst to support within their Benefits and Wellbeing teams to deliver against their strategic goals and inform strategic decision making by providing independent data analysis, metrics and dashboards.
Role Responsibilities:
• Support and establish a consistent set of reporting parameters to ensure all service providers are adhering to a consistent reporting format.
• Create data reports with all historical data including demographic analysis, interacting with vendors directly to gather required information.
• Create and manage impactful infographics to communicate trends and inform strategic decision making.
• Provide live participation metrics to teams during various Wellbeing and Benefits campaigns.
• Conduct research on Wellbeing and Benefits programs within assigned country markets to gather competitive intelligence and contribute to the development and implementation of programs that align with business needs.
• Support senior professionals by reviewing and analysing benefits and wellbeing data.
• Analyse the utilisation of UK and Ireland Flexible Benefits and identify areas of focus.
• Create periodic country and regional dashboards to demonstrate engagement, participate and impact.
Requirements:
• Excellent data analysis, problem solving and data reporting and presentation skills.
• Strong organisational skills, working effectively to deadlines and project plans.
• Good at building rapport with senior members and third party providers.
• Proven experience with collaborating with stakeholders.
• Prior Benefits experience advantageous but not essential.
