A leading international Asset Management firm is looking to appoint a long term day rate contractor into an IT Help Desk Analyst role in the Technology Services team. This role requires a proactive and hands on individual who is comfortable working on multiple issues in a fast paced, time sensitive environment.

The Role
As the IT Help Desk Analyst you will provide quality help desk services across multiple departments for the business. This will include call response, managing customer expectations, ticket escalation, full end to end support to resolution and root cause analysis. You will also have the opportunity to work on small scale enhancements and continuous improvement projects as needed.

Minimum Requirements
Experience working in an IT Support Function within a Financial Services company
Advanced knowledge of Windows 7 as a minimum (10 is preferable)
Active directory
Exchange Admin
Mimecast, Powershell, Cisco Call Manager and Altiris is an advantage
