Our client, a leading Private Equity firm, is looking to hire a PMO Administrator to join their team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide diary and inbox management to the head PMO
- Ensure head PMO is kept aware of upcoming meetings
- Assist PMO in recruitment administration
- Provide general support to the project steam
- Assist project managers and business analysts in updating status reports
Key Competencies:
- Experience in working in an administration environment within project delivery
- Managing the project administration, producing minutes, preparing reports and presentations and providing management information as required
- Strong communicative and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and has a can-do attitude
