An Commercial Account Handler is required by a prestigious and successful Broker to deal with the administration of Clients' Insurance requirements to include renewals, mid-term adjustments, obtaining quotations, closing sales and invoicing of premiums and cross-sales.
You will have an enthusiastic client focused approach and experience of providing advice within the Insurance Market.
Experience in Professional Indemnity, Cyber, Liability & Management Liability classes would be advantageous.
To be successful in the Account Handler role you will also be able to demonstrate:
Good all round commercial insurance experience with technical knowledge across a range of classes of business
A desire to develop strong client and insurer relationships
Well-developed negotiation skills
he ability to support colleagues in a close team environment
Excellent organisational and customer service skills
Areas of Responsibility for this Account Executive role include:
Ensuring the adequacy and appropriateness of cover
Checking the accuracy of policy documentation
Resolving client enquiries in a friendly, professional and timely manner
Providing effective day to day management of the client relationship
Undertaking renewal broking exercises, including negotiating with insurers
Client visits as required
Developing and maintaining strong client and insurer relationships
