As the new HR Assistant you will be joining this Lloyds and London Insurance Syndicate at an exciting time. They are growing rapidly and this role and function will only get larger!
If you are an experienced HR Assistant and want more exposure to a generalist HR function then this is the role for you.
You as the HR Assistant you will be involved in:
Assisting with Recruitment including on boarding
Training & Development
Policies and Procedures
Compensation and Benefits reviews
Managing HR Management Information
This is not an exhaustive list and will certainly be a great opportunity for the right candidate. This company have also just adopted a flexible working scheme!!
