If you are an experienced Global Compensation Manager and want to help scope and grow a brands robust Comps plan then this opportunity is for you.
Our client has brands across the globe, and you will be leading the design and implementation of the global compensation programmes. Based in one of the most iconic buildings in the heart of the City you will be tasked with developing the analysis and benchmarking of pay statistics to establish short and long term incentive programmes.
You as the Global Compensation Manager will be integral in:
Designing and managing global compensation benchmarking and analysis
Budgeting and Planning with the FP&A and HR teams
Building short term and long term incentive plans
Project managing annual compensation reviews
Proven track record in compensation planning and design
Experience working in a global HR function ideally UK, USA and Bermuda
Excellent analytical skills
Knowledge of Oracle HRIS
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft packages (particularly Excel)
