Our client, a leading Asset Manager is looking to hire a Client Experience Operations Lead to join their London based team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with operations and the 3rd party provider to recommend and implement processes to increase operational efficiency.
- Oversee process for transfer of accounts/funds in and out of the firm
- Responsible for identifying and logging risk events through the appropriate channels and reporting this
- Maintains a good understanding of the other client experience team roles and provides cover in periods of absence
Key Competencies:
- Strong communicative and interpersonal skills
- Prior experience within a client services role with understanding of transfer agencies
- Strong excel and Microsoft skills
