You as the Learning and Development Lead will be responsible for:
Leading on all planning and assessment across the region
Managing the training delivery
Working with the wider HR team to manage existing and incoming talent to maximise succession planning
Strong experience in customer focused L&D preferably from a Financial Services background
Experience in building Talent and Learning strategies and solutions
Ability to encourage an innovative and diverse environment
Proven track record of rapport building and stakeholder management
