We are currently assisting a well known Financial Services company recruit for a Recruitment Assistant for their very busy Reading Office.
Reporting into the Head of Recruitment you will be tasked with:

• Supporting the end to end recruitment process
• Monitoring the recruitment inbox for correspondence
• Accurately reporting applicant progress
• Proof-reading job descriptions and job advertisements
• Sifting applications
• Scheduling interviews
• Corresponding with external recruitment agencies
• On-boarding employees
• Drafting and issuing contracts of employment
• Preparing and issuing new starter packs including back checks
