We are currently assisting a well known, leading Lloyd’s Broker recruit an experienced HR Assistant for their very busy HR team to cover a maternity leave.

You as the successful candidate will have experience of:

• Recruitment administration – including creating and updating Job Descriptions
• New Joiner, Transfer, Promotion and Leaver administration
• Recording and maintaining Company holiday, absence and sickness absence data
• Maintaining staff personal files
• Dealing with queries relating to systems access and issues
• Undertaking appropriate project work to support the activities of the HR function

Our client would prefer an individual with experience in the London Insurance Market or
Financial Services.
