We are currently assisting a well known, leading Lloyds Broker recruit an experienced HR Assistant for their very busy HR team to cover a maternity leave.
You as the successful candidate will have experience of:
Recruitment administration including creating and updating Job Descriptions
New Joiner, Transfer, Promotion and Leaver administration
Recording and maintaining Company holiday, absence and sickness absence data
Maintaining staff personal files
Dealing with queries relating to systems access and issues
Undertaking appropriate project work to support the activities of the HR function
Our client would prefer an individual with experience in the London Insurance Market or
