EMEA Internal Communications Manager
Our client a leading and well known Asset Manager is looking for an HR Internal Comms Manager on a FTC to cover a period of Maternity
This FTC is a perfect opportunity for someone to assist a well known brand with some exciting projects including D&I, Corporate Responsibility, Change and Employee Engagement.
Working with the wider HR and Communications team you will be tasked with partnering the Business Units to ensure all messages and changes that directly involve the EMEA region are communicated efficiently and positively.
Your main duties will include:
Working closely with the business unit leaders to identify common/relevant communication plans
Assessing current capability against needs and establish communications strategy to best serve the associates
Ensuring that the EMEA strategy connects to and reinforces the firm-wide communication strategy with a regional translation when relevant
Tracking effectiveness and impact of all communications activity and modifying the strategy
