We are currently working with a Corporate Advisory business seeking to build a Financial Wellbeing/Advisory practice for their Corporate Pensions & Employee Benefits business.
The team will focus on enhancing the firm's direct member engagement capabilities alongside the existing Communications function. The role requirements will include:
- Suitable experience defining and implementing a Financial Education and/or Financial Wellbeing proposition
- Hire and then manage a team of presentation experts
- Oversee and also be selectively involved in the delivery of solutions to clients/members
- Oversee the growth of the function, to include involvement in business development pitches and helping to secure new business
This will be a UK wide role, and we can consider a series of locations across the country for this role to be based. Travel to London/SE will be required relatively frequently.
