Change Manager required by a leading Financial Services business based in Birmingham within a growing Global team to be responsible for the delivery of Compliance change initiatives that are driven by new or updated regulations (such as MiFID II), audit findings and key strategic business/technology change.
As Change Manager you will effectively deliver projects and/or programmes set up to implement change initiatives in Compliance to time, cost and quality requirements
Preparing and maintaining all project documentation throughout each phase of the project in accordance with Bank standards e.g. Change Governance Framework and industry good practice
Ensuring the status of projects is transparent at all times, ensuring that any delays are highlighted and addressed with relevant stakeholders or project leads
Managing projects risks, issues, assumptions and dependencies
Ensuring project stakeholders are managed effectively and proactively, escalating issues when necessary
Working with senior management, leading completion of the Compliance annual strategic planning process
Skills & Qualifications required:
As Change Manager you will have experience of managing large, complex change management programmes for global organisations (in a financial services environment would be particularly beneficial)
Experience of building and managing relationships with senior stakeholders
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
The ability to work with/influence senior/project stakeholders in different teams across a number of locations
Educated to Bachelors degree level, or possess equivalent qualification/relevant work experience preferably within global financial institutions or a top management consulting firm
