Our client, an international investment management firm, is looking for a CFP Change Impact & Business Readiness to join their team on a temporary consultancy assignment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:
Updating and monitoring the change impact action plan including identifying changes in processes, procedures and practices that are needed to achieve change and deliver.
Developing business readiness assessment approach, best practice and tools
Setting up and managing business change network to facilitate business readiness activities
Implementing change impact and business readiness activities working with the project teams and business users and stakeholders
Conducting business readiness assessments including measuring impacted teams/individuals are ready for the change
Maintaining and executing stakeholder management & communication engagement plans
Updating the action log, risks and issues including status reporting

Change experience with Oracle Fusion or similar ERP systems, specifically in Finance & Procurement processes
Experience of delivering change activities such as communications, training, organisation design, stakeholder management, business engagement, business readiness and change interventions to support Finance & Procurement transformation programmes
Proven experience in change management and business engagement activities
Proven experience of delivering significant business outcomes as a result of successful change activities
Conscientious, self-motivated, organised and an excellent communicator
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, applying attention to detail
