Exciting opportunity to join a Wealth Management firm as Wealth Planning Support in their Blackpool offices.

 

The main purpose of the role will be to provide admin support to the Wealth Planning Assistants and work effectively with the Client Services teams by ensuring that all queries are dealt with in a timely and efficient manner. Demonstrating a proactive approach and taking responsibility to ensure that the resolutions of issues are seen through to the end.

 

Role Responsibilities;

· Reviewing and amending static client data in Avaloq

· Supporting the Model Portfolio Services (MPS) team, as and when required)

· Reviewing the MPS client database and ensuring ISA entitlement are processed where applicable, in line with regulatory requirements

· Entering and completing payment requests, including internal transfers, through liaison with internal and external parties

· Liaising with external and internal wealth planners, clients and providers

· Providing ad-hoc reporting to clients and providers

· Completing general administration tasks, in support of the role including scanning and clearing incoming work in a timely manner

· Dealing with e-mail and telephone requests from both internal and external parties

 

The ideal candidate should have experience of doing an administrative role within a professional services business. In return you will be given full training and exam support – should the individual choose to develop their career in that direction.
