A firm of Wealth Managers based in Worcester are looking to employ an experienced Wealth Planning Assistant to provide administrative support to their Wealth Advisors.


This will be done through managing their client work and relationships and being the first point of contact in order to deliver a first-class service to clients.


Daily responsibilities will include;

· Work closely with the Client Liaison and Paraplanning team to produce client reports.

· Deal with finance queries including Invoices, Billing, WIP, commissions, etc.

· Produce Letters of Engagement.

· Maintain systems regarding information, records, actionable and brought forward items as well as the sending of paperwork, filing etc.

· Basic understanding of anti-money laundering legislations.

· Manage the workflow of Consultants by efficient co-ordination of central services such as paraplanning, valuations, business processing etc.

· Arrange client meetings, valuations, meeting packs, and manage Consultants diaries.

· Post meeting actions and minutes.

· Be first contact point for clients to handle general queries and escalate complex queries to the Consultant.

· Handle client correspondence and post.

· Prepare letters of authority for signing.

· Prepare client application forms in line with suitability report recommendations and ensuring these are actioned when returned by the client.

· Prepare and submit CDD and new account paperwork for client onboarding.

· Correct data input into CRM and correct maintenance of data.

· Creating and maintaining iO client records.


The ideal candidate will have previous experience of working within a firm of Financial Planners and have knowledge of a range of financial products and provider platforms. Those with Intelligent Office experience would be of high interest.
