We are working on a once-in-a-lifetime chance for a Talent Management Specialist to join a highly prestigious sovereign wealth firm in Abu Dhabi. For the right Talent Management Specialist, this could prove a fantastic opportunity to bring your honed development expertise to an entirely new environment.
In this role, you will be tasked with developing both the organisation’s Talent Management and Learning & Development strategies. Through your awareness of best practice in the market, you will be able to ensure that the processes and procedures in place for this firm are top-notch, as well as implementing new programmes derived from analysing trends observed within the business. On the Learning & Development side, your relationship-building with external stakeholders as well as your ability to ensure all learning objectives are targeted will come in tandem to enable you to ensure the firm’s already exceptional employee base will continue to grow from strength to strength.
The responsibilities that will come with this position will vary over time as you iterate between different projects in the Talent Management space, but a selection of responsibilities are detailed below:
- Reviewing and designing new and existing talent programmes
- Monitoring and administering development plans for employees across various departments in the firm, aiding them to achieve greater success
- Designing and implementing efficient orientation and development programmes for graduates and other new hires
- Managing the designing of in-house training programmes, ensuring appropriate vendors and sources are in play for such
- Designing efficient learning-related communication to increase staff development rates
The right candidate for this role will be an expert in the field of Human Resources and Talent Management, having worked with the biggest firms in Financial Services. They will be able to charismatically deal with all things HR and liaise with internal and external stakeholders with the same level of respect and knowledge afforded to both. They will also be able to lend their overall HR expertise to other areas of the business on an ad-hoc basis as and when needed, aiding the HR Helpdesk with any issues escalated up to the Specialist teams; they will also help in reviewing and monitoring any other L&D related reports whenever this aligns with the overall Talent remit.
It is impossible to describe this role adequately in a single page, but hopefully the above serves to illustrate how fantastic this opportunity is. This is a great role with a well renowned business in Abu Dhabi, one offering quite the healthy salary package. There are even free annual business class trips back home for the right candidate, with relocation assistance available for their family as well. If reading this has given you pause, then this may well be the next big opportunity for you: apply below with no delay.
