Talent Acquisition Coordinator

Bruin Financial

Ref: 29868

We are supporting our client, a prestigious Hedge Fund, to source a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join them within their London offices, supporting their Talent team to source brilliant professionals from across the market to join the business. With your keen experience in all things Talent Acquisition, as well as your charismatic and professional approach to building relationships across your firm, you will be able to support the business by building effective pipelines to meet ongoing business needs.

Within the London team, your remit will include providing your subject matter expertise to the team on matters such as sourcing strategies and best practice for diversity within recruitment. You will be able to demonstrate new ways in which to attract talent into the business, and will utilise these to elevate the existing recruitment processes within the firm.

Some of your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Scheduling of interviews across the International Offices
  • Manging the onboarding process
  • Assisting teams and hiring managers to understand how to target new hires within the firm
  • Working with and updating the systems

The right candidate for this role will require demonstrable experience in recruiting individuals during periods of high growth, or otherwise having been situated in a high volume recruiting environment. Finally, proactivity and an ability to harmonise their approach to talent acquisition to the business’s own branding will be highly desirable, as it will enable the successful candidate to drive the business even further in their existing recruitment efforts.

In summary, a fantastic opportunity with a fantastic Hedge Fund. Please apply as soon as possible if interested!
