HEALTH AND RISK EB SME TEAM MANAGER

Location: London

Salary: Up to £70k + bonus + benefits

Key Responsibilities: 

• To provide clear and effective leadership
• Identifying any improvements to processes that can be implemented – including SME Framework. 
• Manage budgets, targets and
• Provide support to the Team Leaders
• Work with the Team Leaders to delegate new business
• Responsible for the your own small portfolio of Health, Risk and/ or Pension clients. 
• Consulting and processing scheme renewals and rate reviews.
• Build relationship with clients and providers.
• Preparing reports for renewal of schemes. 

Extensive Healthcare and Risk/ Protection experience required. Managerial experience also required.

IF7 and GR1 desirable but not essential.
