We are supporting them on their search for a Senior HR Systems Analyst to join and lead on the HRIS development, managing projects relating to SuccessFactors as well as ensuring its modules’ integrity throughout. As Senior Analyst, you will be responsible for project managing on these incoming SuccessFactors modules and guiding related projects across their lifecycle.
Some of your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Engaging with key stakeholders to educate and advise on all SuccessFactors-related decisions, demonstrating your effective project management throughout
- Guiding Administrators and Analysts in implementing and launching the modules
- Working with various Service Leads to ensure any new technologies will map onto their current and evolving needs
- Understanding how to link existing HR systems and infrastructure in a way that ensures data management is secure and compliant with GDPR
- Serve as first point-of-contact for the European Admin team with any SuccessFactor-related incidents and queries
The right person for this role must have SuccessFactors Employee Central certification, and any other certifications in Learning Management packages will be advantageous. They will be an individual able to work across a variety of seniorities, working across CPO leaders as well as other key business stakeholders in order to deliver best-in-class HRIS experiences.
