I am currently working on a really exciting role with a leading Asset Manager.  This newly created role as their Senior HR Shared Services Operations Manager will be to lead a highly functioning and agile small team to ensure the delivery of HR Operations from both a strategic and BAU perspective.  This role will face off to the business and HR leaders across EMEA and APAC. 

The company in question have a true employee wellbeing programme and this is showcased in the development of their HR function to ensure a top tier service to all their employees.  This role is a hybrid role based in their office in London.  

You as the successful candidate will be integral in supporting all SME HR teams to ensure that the service delivery model for Human Resources is adhered to for this fantastic brand’s employee base. 

As the HR Shared Services Operation Manager you will be tasked with:

· Managing a team of HR Administrators/Advisors

· Acting as SME on all areas of operational HR

· Project Management of change and developing of processes

· Ensuring effective delivery of the HR Service Delivery Model
