We are currently assisting one of the leading global banks as they search for a thoughtful and experienced Senior HR ER Advisor in a rare opportunity to join the HR Employee Relations team. 

The client in question is looking who has strong direct ER experience with the capabilities to manage a high volume of cases. No two days are the same doing this role and you as a Senior HR Employee Relationship Advisor will be exposed to the wider business as you advise on all disciplinary and grievance processes.


As the chosen candidate your typical day would include;

  • Working with case managers to support your line of business on any ER related cases
  • Advise line managers on the management of employee relations cases in line with the company HR policy
  • Assist with redundancy procedures with a thoughtful and considerate manner
  • Expertly guide all levels of employees on complex policy, process and ER advice – ranging from sickness absence to performance improvement.


This role is looking for someone with a strong background in complex business ER cases with the ability to work with a high volume of roles. You as the Senior HR ER Advisor will ideally come with previous experience working within a complex matrix organisation and have an ability to deal with highly sensitive cases with care.
