Senior Financial Analyst – Finance Business Support (Leasing)

A fantastic opportunity has opened up to join the CFO Group of a Tier 1 Bank, based in London. The successful candidate will be joining the EMEA & APAC Leasing Finance team. 

Responsibilities Include:

  • Assisting in completing Legal entity statutory and tax returns for all International Leasing entities

  • Assisting in determining and implementing appropriate accounting policies & procedures (with Accounting Policy)

  • Assisting in the key accounting, legal entity, regulatory and GL issues with the business, tax and audit

  • Assisting in month end close control process for all EMEA/APAC Leasing balances and monitor monthly leasing balances

  • Providing input into the Supervisory process

  • Assisting in the periodic forecasting data preparation process

 

Skills Required:

  • Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)

  • Previous Banking/Leasing experience

  • Good working knowledge of accounting concepts

  • Experienced in Leasing product suite (desirable)

  • Excellent Excel skills with the ability to build and use spreadsheets.

  • Demonstrable risk identification and management

  • Ability to communicate with internal and external partners to ensure integrity of Leasing data output
