One of our clients, a world leading insurance broker. This is a great opportunity to join the FP&A team supporting the Technology organisation.


  • Responsible for ensuring integrity of project financials (run and change) across relevant business units.
  • Engagement in managing and enhancing recently deployed system to manage project financials (PlanView).
  • Create monthly project accounting reporting and provide analysis and insight for technology senior leadership team to aid decision making process.
  • Drive continuous improvement and help to establish best practice across project financials team.
  • Develop strong business partnering relationships across the Technology and broader finance teams.
  • Independently execute financial modelling, including performing financial analyst activities and internal financial reporting.
  • Collaborate across multiple functions and businesses at a senior level to resolve complex issues.
  • Work alongside Finance Business Partnering team to provide clarity to the Technology teams and business units over projects financial forecasts and budgets.
  • Identify financial and operational KPIs and convert them into dashboards to drive accountability for performance throughout the company.


  • Accounting qualifications: Qualified ACCA/ACA or CIMA preferred (finalists would be considered).
  • Previous FP&A experience within a large matrixed environment.
  • The ability to utilise initiative, be proactive and demonstrate experience of initiating process improvements and innovations.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills. Essential to be able to understand trends and features of results and forecasts, and to cross-check analyses produced against that understanding.
