We’re very excited to be working with a true industry leader in the Human Resources consultancy space as they continue to grow their Executive Compensation team after a very successful 2022. The client in question has seen incredible levels of business and continues to add to their team to keep up with the demand from a broad range of clients within the Financial Services, Technology and Life Science sectors.

 

There will be no ‘sales’ or ‘business development elements involved within the role due to the structure and high volume of clients looking to work with the organisation in question. This makes for a truly unique opportunity for a reward expert to join the team as a Senior Executive Compensation Consultant to lead on a multitude of projects that both utalise your experience in compensation, whilst offering you a chance to work with a diverse portfolio of clients.

As a true Reward expert, you will be leading the design and delivery of bespoke executive-level Compensation and Rewards projects on behalf of the business’s clients. This would include working on projects surrounding; LTIP design, Equity plan design, Remco, Performance measure modelling (including ESG measures) and much more.

Within your role as a Senior Executive Compensation Consultant, you will be supported by a strong global team to help you carve out a truly exciting career in a leading business in one of its most successful growth periods. The right person for this role will have a proven track record in managing Rewards, in particular compensation or executive compensation within a fast-moving organisation.

The right person for this role will have a proven track record in managing Group Reward and understand how to work on LTIPS. They will be an expert supporting on a variety of Reward projects in the Financial Services space. They will have primarily experience in managing Compensatory, Benefits, Recognition or Total Rewards programmes, and will be able to demonstrate particular experience in driving delivery through external vendors and third-parties. Experience in account management will also come in handy.
