Our client, a Global Investment Manager with offices in London, is seeking out a Senior Compensation Specialist to join their team and focus on their EMEA offerings. In supporting their HR team developing competitive compensation programmes for the firm's global client groups, as well as monitoring salary surveys across the year, you will be able to ensure the business offers competitive packages versus other businesses in the Financial Services, keeping the brand name highly attractive to top talent globally.
This is an exciting role particularly in that, as aforementioned, you will be EMEA-facing; and within your regular remit, your role will be a split between BAU and Regulatory work. As such you will have opportunities to be involved in illustrating the differing trends in compensation both internally and externally, and aligning these to the firm's future goals as well as ensuring regulatory compliance as needed. By liaising and building up relationships with your key stakeholders as well as understanding the needs of your team, you will be able to put your analytical skills to the test and identify new ways to drive value for the business.
Some of your key responsibilities will be:
- Utilising WorkDay and other HRIS to extract compensation data
- Modelling and analysing different trends in compensation, including accounting for current results on D&I trends
- Overseeing various compensation initiatives and identifying new areas for improvement, aligning the firm's compensation schemes with current market trends
- Supporting the Compensation Manager and other Centre of Excellence members on any comp-related queries and issues
The ideal candidate for this role will be proficient not only in utilising a major HRIS package and developing dashboards through that data, but will equally be a fantastic presenter, able to explain both details and summaries to key stakeholders as required. They will be able to take on various projects and prioritise across them effectively. Their understanding of data analytics within a Financial Services field will be of high regard, and they will be able to come to an interview with examples of key developments and improvements they have made in their previous role.
Certainly a stimulating position for the right Compensation professional, and all this within a firm with a continuing desire to understand and respond to the detailed metrics they have built up over the years. You will not be left wanting in this role. Apply below as soon as possible.
