Responsibilities:

  • Calendar management
  • General admin – scanning / printing / filing / archiving
  • Producing Powerpoint presentations and other documentation
  • Arranging meetings / room bookings
  • Onboarding administration

Qualifications

  • Excellent skills in Microsoft Office applications such as Outlook (email), Word, and Excel 
  • Team Player
  • Professional / Financial services background desirable but not essential
  • Maths and English GCSE standard (or equivalent) as a minimum
