I am working with a fantastic client in Amersham who are seeking a secretary to join our centralised office team.

In this role you will be:

  • Managing post
  • Arranging couriers
  • Booking travel
  • Creating purchase orders / expenses / billing
  • Document processing, including printing, sorting, formatting and binding
  • Stationery stock control and ordering for the Local office.
  • Arranging meetings – taking minutes
  • Supporting the Secretarial Team
  • Any other reasonable task as advised from time-to-time.

Skills / Experience

  • Previous administration / secretarial experience required
  • Discretion and confidentiality
  • Professional communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Adept at building successful working relationships
  • Maths and English GCSE standard (or equivalent) as a minimum
  • Experience of working in professional services environment
  • Previous experience in Billing, Expenses Reconciliation preferred, but not necessary
