We are currently working with the UK’s fastest growing asset manager who are seeking  sales support associate to join their team. The role provides excellent learning and development opportunities and requires an individual with previous experience working with intermediary clients within asset management.

The Sales Support Associate will be responsible for the following:
 

  • Collaborating with the distribution team in supporting meetings through targeted calling.
  • Providing excellent client service to existing/new clients.
  • Ensuring high levels of contact between advisers, via telephone fact find and understanding their business requests.
  • Coordinating sales/marketing initiatives and bespoke campaigns to maximise new business opportunities.
  • Deliver and support client analysis.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key prospects and clients regarding: Literature orders, sales and repurchases, 121 client meetings and events across Multi Asset Funds, MPS, Sustainable (and occasionally Single Strategy).
  • Compliance in relation to FCA’s Senior Managers and Certificate Regime.

To be a good fit for this role, you will ideally need:
 

  • Strong knowledge of intermediary sales processes.
  • Salesforce experience.
  • Understanding of the competitor marketplace.
  • Experience within the Asset Management/Financial Services space
