Are you an individual looking to build your HR and Recruitment career? If so, we are supporting our client, a Lloyd’s Broker, on the search for a talented Coordinator or Administrator to join them as their Recruitment Coordinator in a permanent role. An exciting opportunity that focuses both on Talent Acquisition as well as the Diversity, Equality and Inclusivity offerings in the business, you will be able to look after both facets of the role in tandem.
Your day-to-day will vary across a variety of functions, supporting the business through the use of Workday as well as monitoring their centralised recruitment mailbox and responding to queries as they come in. You will be ensuring that interviews and training schedules are co-ordinated, as well as providing further logistical support on things such as invoices for agencies and data analysis. Meanwhile, on the DEI side, you will be able to co-ordinate and draft various pieces of communications in relation to DEI projects and initiatives, including co-ordinating a busy calendar of DEI events. A position where you will be sure to grow and evolve as the role itself grows.
Some of your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Building strong rapport with internal stakeholders and external clients alike to ensure that all recruitment functions are engaged successfully
- Monitoring the recruitment mailbox and responding to / triaging queries as required
- Running various recruitment operations, such as interview co-ordination, inputting data into Workday, and creating bias-free job descriptions
- Serving as an ambassador for the firm’s DEI initiatives and projects
The right candidate for this role will require demonstrable experience in administrative functions, understanding how to work in a busy environment and effectively prioritising across deadlines and tasks regularly. Expertise in utilising any of the major online recruitment platforms will be a particular boon in this role, as well as being able to efficiently utilise an ATS. Being a data-focused, target-driven yet personable character will be advantageous.
This role is, in summary, a fantastic opportunity to join a business growing steadily, and grow your own Recruitment skills in turn. Please apply as soon as possible if interested as we are looking to engage potential interviewees immediately.
