We are working with our client, one of the biggest names in Global Banking there is, to source talented Recruitment Co-ordinators for their business. This is a temporary role which will provide an opportunity to go permanent, supported by an excellent team with a constant focus on ensuring every team member is achieving their goals and supported on their growth with the firm.

 

A hybrid-based role based approximately 2-3 days in the office, you will be supporting the team both in the sourcing of candidates, and the administration of interviews and other aspects of the employee lifecycle up to and including onboarding.  You would be supporting the team recruiting on behalf of the Engineering division into the business’s Enterprise, Technology and Operations divisions – a truly fast-paced role and an excellent opportunity for someone without any prior experience in Recruiting to break into the business.

 

Some of your day-to-days will include:

 

  • Managing the recruitment lifecycle from start to finish for various roles, paired up with another team member at your level to accomplish this
  • Ensuring the best possible experience during the recruitment (and onboarding) process for both candidates and Hiring Managers
  • Organising important data on candidates and job descriptions efficiently, routing these to the appropriate destination as needed
  • Demonstrating an ability to think quickly and proactively, supporting an overall high-volume workload (with great support from your team)

 

This role is a rather unique opportunity as it provides the successful incumbent not only a chance to work within a prestigious Global Bank: it also provides excellent opportunities for growth within the firm.
