Are you someone who is charismatic and organised? Are you a quick learner, able to absorb the ins-and-outs of your workplace and all the intricacies within? If so, we’re working on an exciting role as a Receptionist for a prestigious firm based in Leadenhall, in order to supply them a presentable and organised receptionist to join their business and support them through great service to colleagues and clients alike.

In this position you will gain a broad base of exposure to managing a variety of front-of-house tasks, ensuring that the business’s brand is best-represented through your high attention to detail, fantastic organisational skills, and ability to work to a high standard even whilst dealing with various clients and guests at a time. Some of your responsibilities will include:

 

  • Serving as first point of contact for all visitors as well as managing all telephone-based enquiries
  • Managing bookings for meeting rooms and offices within the business
  • Liaising with various members of staff across the business to ensure continued operations are running effectively
  • Supporting the office staff with ad-hoc duties as needed, such as procuring supplies and maintaining IT equipment

The ideal candidate will be an excellent orator and find it easy to navigate across a business’s departments and individuals to connect the right people as required. They will be a representative of the firm's brand, and provide an approachable persona to all individuals, internal or external, as needed. They will have a desire to grow, develop and act within a fast-paced environment.
