Are you a talented Personal or Executive Assistant looking for their next opportunity in the Financial Services space? If so, we are working on an exciting 6-Month FTC with a prestigious London Markets Broker with headquarters in the City of London. In this position, you will be assisting both the General Counsel as well as the HR Director with the full gamut of secretarial support.
This is a hybrid-working role where you will manage complex diary and travel management for the Director and General Counsel. Alongside this, you will also be responsible for submitting regular expenses and the minuting of meetings when required, as well as managing various workstreams for the Counsel to ensure these are running smoothly and effectively. A role best suited to a PA with a demonstrable track record supporting a high volume environment with a personable and professional attitude.
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Complex diary and travel arrangement, including last-minute national and international arrangements as the business requires
- Handling expenses and preparing them for sign-off
- Managing the General Counsel and HR Director workstreams, diarising required
- Cascading relevant communications across the other departments of the business
- Assisting visiting Senior Leaders as required
As evidenced from the above, the ideal candidate for this role will have an ability to work under high pressure as well as having a strong background as a Personal Assistant in the Financial Services or Professional Services. Their attention to detail will be second-to-none, with high accuracy even in the face of high-volume varied business. They will possess an ability to deliver on the role through excellent analytical skills, interpersonal relationship building, and the ability to proactively work without the need for regular supervision.
