Are you a Payroll Coordinator looking for more EMEA Exposure?  A Global Private Equity firm, based in Mayfair, are looking for a new Payroll and Benefits Assistant to join the company to help administer the payroll at the firm! This prestigious company have nine international offices in which you will assist covering, allowing you as the Payroll Assistant to gain that international payroll experience you are looking for. 

In this role, you will process monthly payroll and cover the benefit scheme administration across the EMEA region, whilst being the main point of contact for any relevant queries. This is an opportunity that is certain to provide excellent and continuous motivators to the right candidate, as they will be multitasking across a variety of projects to streamline the approach to the Payroll and Benefits processes. 

As the Payroll and Benefits Assistant, your main tasks will include, but are not limited to:

  • Generating input reports on the payroll for each country. 

  • Assisting in the process of annual renewals and tax year end processes 

  • Responding to any queries regarding employee payroll and benefits. 

  • Actively taking on project work and supporting the Global Payroll Manager as need be

This role will be filled by a candidate who has the ability to maintain high accuracy even throughout high-volume periods, leveraging their excellent IT (particularly Excel) skills in order to achieve this. They will have a good degree of familiarity with payroll and statutory obligations across the entirety of EMEA. Ideally, this candidate will come from the Financial Services, with experience of working with confidential and sensitive data.
