Media Relations Executive- Contract.

We are excited to be collaborating with one of the largest global investment managers, looking to hire a Media Relations Executive to join their team on a contract basis. This is a great opportunity to support the EMEA & APAC PR team, build media relationships and liaise with key internal stakeholders at a leading firm. 

Responsibilities in this role include: 

• Supporting the wider PR team including media relations, networking events, project research and social media. 
• Researching and developing business approval for social media posts and press releases. 
• Responsibility for ongoing press releases and gather coverage reports following distribution. 
• Support the logistical planning for managing press meetings and liaising with executive assistants in the form of managing briefing note, diary invitations and meetings. 
• Regularly maintain, review and audit media centre of their website to make sure content is updated and relevant. 

The ideal candidate will have:

• Strong PR/Marketing experience
• A background in financial services (admired)
• Ability to manage several projects simultaneously 
• Strong relationship building skills
• Confidence in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
