Our client is one of the worlds leading investment management companies. The firm is currently looking to recruit a Production Associate to join their London based Marketing Communications team.

 

The candidate would be responsible for executing a variety of material in an accurate and punctual manner, with ownership over key production materials such as investment reviews, white papers, factsheets and presentation material for events.

                                                                                                                         

Other key responsibilities include:

• Working with sales and client service teams globally and on an individual basis to clearly meet requirements.

• Proofing performance and attribution data

• Working across the company’s mandates on long-only products, particularly fixed-income and equities

• Sourcing data from internal systems

• Working with Specialist stakeholders across data, marketing, sales and Investment to drive content creation, maintenance and updates, and investigating queries when they arise

 

This is a fantastic opportunity to work for a great firm, with a dynamic team where creativity and ingenuity will be praised and rewarded. The ideal candidate will have experience in producing marketing materials in Powerpoint. InDesign is not essential but would be beneficial. Working within the Asset/Investment Management industry is essential.
