Marketing Data & Insights Senior Manager

One of the largest global investment management companies are seeking a Marketing Data & Insights Senior Manager. The role involves supporting stakeholders by using knowledge of managing data sets to enhance the KPI’s and provide insight.

Responsibilities:

  • Preparation of BAU campaign data sets and maintaining them on an ongoing basis
  • Management, automation and enhancement of regular performance measures
  • Support the campaign teams to develop adhoc performance measures
  • Support the campaign teams to better understand what the data outputs is telling them and provide useful and actionable insights on a timely basis
  • Increase our understanding of our customer bases by ensuring we have greater transparency on our customer base, their demographics and behaviours
  • Drive and support marketing and technology initiatives
  • Use knowledge of different coding languages to query our different data sources to provide new marketing insights

Key capabilities:

  • Experienced and competent at data handling
  • Ability to analyse a request and produce innovative solutions
  • Strong sense of ownership with ability to work on challenging issues and overcome constraints and obstacles
  • A proactive approach with an analytical, enquiring mind and willingness to learn
  • Good networking – ability to understand and connect with the end users
  • Strong presentation skills and comfortable presenting to senior stakeholders
