MANAGER – DERIVATIVES OPERATIONS

Our client is one of the world's largest and best known financial services companies offering investment solutions and services and retirement expertise to more than 2.56 million customers globally.

We are looking for a highly motivated individual who can multi-task and take ownership of a number of areas and someone who is keen to broaden their skills.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Deliver management information related to the derivatives and securities lending processes.
  • Provide analytical support to the Head of Derivatives Operations and other senior members of staff.
  • Manage the periodic data reporting processes across derivatives, portfolio financing and securities lending to 
  • Manage the provision of meeting packs and action tracking for key monthly meetings.
  • Support projects and tasks related to improving productivity 
  • Maintenance of derivative exposure control processes. 
  • Manage the portfolio manager approval process for derivative trading 
  • Development and maintenance of the Team’s existing SharePoint and Teams sites.

KEY ATTRIBUTES:

  • An understanding of derivatives, especially futures, options, contacts for difference and swaps would be beneficial (or a demonstrated enthusiasm to develop such an understanding).
  • Must have attained, or be willing to study for, the Investment Management Certificate qualification.
