We are supporting our client in their search for a Learning and Development Advisor. This fantastic role, at a well-respected London Market Insurance Firm, will be within a growing yet experienced HR team, and will serve as quite a stimulating opportunity for the right L&D expert!
In this position, you will support in evolving the Learning & Development strategies within the firm, utilising your awareness of best practice in the market to assist in implementing new programmes for developing staff. By understanding ongoing trends within the business and the broader market, you will be able to align the Learning & Development offerings within the firm and continue building up the excellent workforce within this team. Your ability to build strong internal relationships as well as your ability to ensure all learning objectives are targeted will come in tandem to enable you to ensure the firm’s already exceptional employee base will continue to grow from strength to strength. The firm are currently very focused on the early career area within the business, a large aspect of the role will focus on this, and you as the L&D Advisor will assist and provide initiatives to improve this area of Learning and Development.
Some of your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Business and Technical Training
- Early Careers and Graduate Scheme Support
- Coaching and mentoring across the business
- Support on facilitating a variety of workshops and bespoke training programmes
- Analysing the training needs of the organisation and act accordingly through the use of internal and external mechanisms.
