Learning & Development Advisor

We are supporting our client in their search for a Learning and Development Advisor to join either of their offices based in Glasgow, Scotland. This fantastic role within an Financial Consultancy firm will be within a growing yet experienced team, and will serve as quite a stimulating opportunity for the right L&D professional!

In this position, you will support the L&D team in delivering its learning and developmental programs whilst supporting wider business by utilising your awareness of best practice in the market to assist in implementing new programmes for developing staff and the business as a whole. By understanding ongoing trends within the business and the broader market, you will be able to align the Learning & Development offerings within the firm and continue building up the excellent workforce within this team. The firm have a thriving learning culture and are very big on Diversity and Inclusion!

As the Learning and Development Advisor, your responsibilities will include:
 

• Confidently provide initiatives and take lead on L&D projects
• Designing, implementing and delivering learning programmes
• Managing Stakeholders and liaising to identify needs and tailor projects.
• Work closely with the wider L&D to ensure high standards of quality
• Providing 1-1 and team coaching
